Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary local courier delivery within Singapore for all orders over SGD 150. For orders below SGD 150, a flat delivery fee of SGD 5 applies. All parcels are sent via tracked local courier. In-stock items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For items listed as backorder, an estimated arrival date will be provided on the product page and included in your order confirmation. These items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive at our studio.

At the moment, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you’re based outside Singapore and would like to place an order, feel free to reach out to us at hello@momentslikethislabel.com. We’ll do our best to assist with a custom arrangement. Please note that any international shipping fees, taxes, or duties incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this update within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
