EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We hope you love your purchase—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Simply drop us an email at hello@momentslikethislabel.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and our team will respond within 3 working days.
We accept returns and exchanges for all regular-priced items. Kindly note that Made to Measure (MTM), sale, and markdown items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return or exchange an item, please arrange to send it back to us via a trackable courier service. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trusted provider.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. As we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit, we kindly ask that all items are securely packed.
Your return parcel should reach our studio within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. The return address will be provided in our email reply. We’ll be in touch as soon as your parcel has been received and processed.
For Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange for each item, and we’ll do our best to make it a smooth experience.
- If the new item is of higher value, we’ll guide you through a simple top-up process.
- If it’s of lower value, do note that the balance will be forfeited.
We recommend reaching out early so we can help secure the piece you have your eye on!
For Returns
While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns so you can shop with confidence.
Items must be returned in original condition—that means unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive full-value store credit valid for 365 days.
If any item doesn’t meet the return criteria, we’ll return it to you with care.
A gentle note: purchases made using store credit aren’t eligible for a second return or exchange.
How Store Credit Works

A: Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date of issue and can be applied to any item at checkout. You may use them in full or partially.
Q: My store credits have expired. What can I do?
A: We’re sorry, but once store credits have expired, they are no longer valid. We recommend using them early—there’s always a reason to treat yourself!
