Q: What are your shipping options within Singapore and how long will it take to receive my order?

A: We offer complimentary local courier delivery for all orders over SGD150. For orders SGD150 and below, a flat delivery fee of SGD5 applies. For items in stock, your parcel will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. For items on backorder, the estimated arrival date will be indicated on the product listing.

Q: Do you ship outside of Singapore?

A: Currently, our standard shipping covers Singapore only. However, we’re happy to explore options for international deliveries—just reach out to us at hello@momentslikethislabel.com and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that for international orders, any shipping fees, taxes, or duties incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
