Exchange and Return
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Simply drop us an email at hello@momentslikethislabel.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and we’ll get back to you within 3 working days.
We accept returns and exchanges for all regular-priced items. All Made to Measure (MTM), Sale or markdown items are not eligible. Only items in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or packaging intact) will be accepted.
To return or exchange an item, kindly arrange for it to be sent back to us via a trackable courier service. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trusted provider.
Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, and we kindly ask that you take care to ensure the parcel reaches us safely, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
The parcel should reach our studio within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Our return address will be provided in our email reply. We’ll be in touch as soon as your parcel has been received and processed.
For exchanges:
Only non-sale items in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or packaging intact) will be accepted. We offer a one-time exchange for each item.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, a top-up will be required.
- If it’s of lower value, the balance will be forfeited.
For returns:
Only non-sale items in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or packaging intact) will be accepted. All returns will be checked, and any items that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to you. You will receive a full-value store credit valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Please note that items purchased with store credit are not eligible for a second return or exchange.
HOW STORE CREDIT WORKS
Q: How do I use my Store Credits?
A: Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date of issue and can be used on any item. Credits can be redeemed in full at checkout, but do note that partial redemption is not available at this time.
Q: My store credits have expired. What can I do?
A: We’re sorry, but once store credits have expired, they are no longer valid. We recommend using them early to treat yourself to something you love!
